Here's the deal, Friend #1 and Friend #2 (in NO particular order) have a parting of ways. Friend #1 tells me about what happened. I sympathize ... if I was in her shoes, I'd be pretty bent out of shape too. I don't feel to much differently about Friend #2, but I do keep in mind that sharing personal info could be a little risky. It's all good ... at least as far as I am concerned.
But noooo! Friend #2 apparently decides that because I am friends with Friend #1, I am no longer worthy of his companionship. I've been cut off and shut out.
Listen up, Friend #2 ... and I know you pay regular visits from your hits in my web log ... get over yourself! You fucked up big time with Friend #1. Betrayal isn't something people take lightly. She has every right to be pissed AND to turn to her friends for commiseration and sympathy. I had every intention of keeping it between her and me, and never mentioning it to you or anyone else, or holding it against you. I had presumed that OUR friendship would continue as per usual. But instead, you choose to play these stupid games ... you're mad at her, so all her friends are no longer worthy. Fine, if that's the way you want to play it ... go right ahead.
YOU are the only one losing here.
This is SO childish ... I can't believe I am blogging about this. Sheesh!
