Oh ... Really?

Adventures at the doctor office

Would it be unreasonable to expect ...

This post has been set to private due to psychos people who state that they wish to NOT be involved in their children's lives, yet continue to butt their noses into places where they are not needed or wanted.

Love, Us.

That is ridiculous. Call NAMI (1-800-771-5491) and get the name of a caring doctor who can see your son asap for a strep culture. If you had to, I bet one of the Lakeshore doctors could give him a checkup. You also should report the NP to NAMI and TennCare (1-800 758-1638).

Damn straight! What a jerk... seriously, I would have pressed charges right then, as well. Having been in situations before, the ol', "If you press charges, I'll press charges!" is a sure-fire way to get me riled up even more...

A report to TennCare will fix that situation right up. The lost revenue should be a fitting end.

I've started the process of reporting to TennCare, mostly as a proactive defense, since if this NP reported my son as having attacked him, he could lose his TennCare coverage. I am considering the Knox County Medical Board too, and the state Nursing board as well. Three days later and I still can't get his strep treated. They supposedly changed his PCP today, and I am going to try to get him in there tomorrow (Friday) and if not, I will have to take him to the ER.

I really don't need this right now ... it's too much on top of everything else.

Yeah, well, I wish ya luck. That's a lot on its own, and March seems to have been bad all the way around for several of us. hmmm
